Her music is high-energy yet deeply relatable, combining raw lyrics about anxiety, self discovery, ambition, and the chaos of being young with catchy pop-rock hooks. She is anxious but confident, messy yet driven, fun and introspective, feminine but also masculine.

An obsessive crafter and artist, Novogratz brings a uniquely DIY mentality to every aspect of her work. She designs her own album covers and posters, paints her own clothing, carves and prints her own merch, films her own music videos and even designed this website herself. In a painted suit and heels, she not only shares relatable experiences, but she empowers young people to express themselves creatively.
With soulful vocals aged beyond her twenty years, a magnetic stage presence, and a catchy, pop-rock sound reminiscent of Alanis Morisette and The Arctic Monkeys, Madden Novogratz is making waves in the NYC indie-rock scene.
